How to request a cancellation

If you need to cancel a reservation, contact the rental operator as soon as possible. Please provide your reservation details, name and rental dates so the request can be reviewed.

Refund review

• A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is reviewed under the applicable rental and cancellation terms for the reservation.
• If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method used for the reservation.
• After a refund is processed, the time until it appears on the card or bank account may depend on the bank or card issuer.

Timing

Contact the rental operator as early as possible if your plans change. Any applicable cancellation deadline or refund amount is determined by the terms that apply to your reservation.
